Viime visiitillämme Tallinnassa bongasimme sieltä mielettömän ravintolan, Grillhaus Daube. Paikka sijaitsee Vanhan kaupungin aukiolta hieman sivummalle. Ravintolan menu oli huippu, tarjolla oli mereneläviä, salaattia, pastaa, ja kunnon pihvejä, joten jokaiselle kyllä löytyy jotakin. Itse päädyin ottamaan alkuun kraavilohta ja paahtoleipää. Annos oli sopivankokoinen, eikä liian täyttävä. Pääruoaksi päädyin katkarapu-kirjolohipastaan, mikä sinällään ei ole yllättävää, koska olen melkoinen pastafani. Kaiken kaikkiaan ruoka oli todella maukasta, annokset kooltaan sopivia ja täyttäviä (sekä myös upeasti aseteltuja). Hinta-laatusuhde oli kohdallaan. Ravintolan sisustus oli vanhan-aikainen, kuin vanhaan taloon rakennettu, ei liian moderni vaan sopivasti vanhahtava.
In our last visit in Tallinn, we found this great restaurant, Grillhaus Daube. The restaurant located little bit aside in the Old Town. The menu was amazing, there's seafood, salad, pasta and of course real beefs, so there's definitely something for everyone. I took for appetizer smoked trout with barley-wheat bread and then for main course I took pasta with smoked salmon, shrimp and cream sauce (which not is surprise because I am a big fan of pasta). Overall the food was very tasteful, size of the meals were good and filling. Quality-price ratio was totally fine. The decoration was old-fashioned, like it was build to a old house, not too modern just appropriately dated.
